I have been managing the practice since August 2025. I began my career here in 2016 as a Foundation Dentist, advanced to the role of Associate Dentist, and currently hold the position of Principal Dentist. Every Friday, I work as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy. I'm certified to provide Invisalign and Spark Aligners. In my free time, I love spending quality moments with my wife and children, and enjoying the company of my Great Danes.

I qualified as a Dental Hygienist at the Royal Air Force Halton in 1993. In 2014, I obtained my qualification as a Dental Therapist from Bristol Dental Hospital, which enables me to perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings for both adults and children, primary teeth extractions, and pulp treatments. In my leisure time, I enjoy attending the gym, participating in triathlons, and taking walks with our cocker spaniel.

Michelle served as a dental nurse at an NHS practice in London before joining the Royal Army Dental Corps, where she advanced from Dental Nurse to Practice Manager and was deployed to Bosnia in 2000. She qualified in Dental Technology in 2007 and earned her qualification as a Clinical Dental Technician through the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2015.
